Pradeep Khurana has a distinguished record as an entrepreneur and a business leader in a number of service-based business ventures.
Mr Khurana is the founder of Surebridge, Inc., a leading Application Service Provider(ASP) for small and medium-sized businesses. Mr. Khurana was one of the first entrepreneurs to identify and develop the ASP business model and subsequently helped build Surebridge into the leading company in its market segment. Mr. Khurana has served as Chairman, Co-President, and Co-CEO of the firm.
Mr. Khurana was also part of the founding team of systems integration firm International Integration, inc., (known in the industry as "I-Cube"). Mr. Khurana created, implemented, and managed the sales, marketing, and client relations functions. I-Cube later filed a successful IPO in 1998 and subsequently merged with Razorfish, Inc.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Khurana worked as a Management Consultant for Gemini Consulting where he designed and developed the company's benchmarking practice, making it one of the fastest growing divisions of the firm.
From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Khurana was also an investor and advisor to C/S Resources, Inc. C/S Resources was founded to test the feasibility of various offshore application delivery models.
Mr. Khurana received his B.A. in Economics and Religion from Wesleyan University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was the School's Gilbert H.Clee Scholar. Mr. Khurana received his MBA form Harvard Business School where he received first year honors, second year honors, and graduated with distinction. Mr. Khurana's professional interests include the research, design, and application of innovative practices and technologies which can be used to build outstanding service organizations. Among other community activities, Mr. Khurana is a Charter Member of TiE (The IndUs Entrepreneur) a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship in India and the United States.
Nate Medoff brings a solid foundation of technology and business process outsourcing experience to ContinuServe along with a proven track record of directing and establishing emerging service organizations. Prior to ContinuServe, Mr. Medoff was Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Document Solutions (IDS) Business Unit for Recall North America, a leading information management service provider. The IDS business unit represented Recall's first entry into digital document management services by offering outsourced data capture and transaction processing services as well as an Enterprise Integrated Document Management ASP Solution. In this role he developed and managed offshore relationships in India and Trinidad for Recall's data capture business. Mr. Medoff was successful in establishing IDS as Recall's fastest growing business by quadrupling its size in less than two years. He was also instrumental in building IDS's service delivery methodology and establishing a profitable, recurring revenue stream in North America.
Mr. Medoff's professional experience with Pradeep Khurana began in 1998 at Surebridge, a leading Application Service Provider (ASP) for small and medium-sized businesses. Mr. Khurana, the founder of Surebridge, hired Mr. Medaoff as one of the initial members of the Surebrdige management team. In his tenure at Surebridge, Mr. Medoff held various management roles including General Manager and Director of Business Development and contributed significantly to the growth and culture of Surebridge.
Prior to working for Surebridge, Mr. Medoff was the Director of Strategic Planning for the Valspar Corporation (a $2b diversified manufacturing company) where he was charged with directing the M&A and capital investments for the $400 million Consumer Division. Mr. Medoff's professional experience also includes four years and various management roles at McMaster-Carr Supply Company (a $2b industrial supply distribution company).
Mr. Medoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Haverford College in Philadelphia and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
